The Data, Analytics and Reporting (DAR) team oversees gathering, modeling, and analyzing data to produce impactful and meaningful business intelligence solutions that support decision-making processes, planning, and policy development among internal and external stakeholders.
What we do
Our goals
- Data Analytics: Design, mine, and analyze our datasets and different data sources to produce clean and effective business intelligence solutions
- Business Intelligence, Performance Monitoring, and Reporting: Design interactive business intelligence solutions such as dashboards, Key performance metrics (KPIs), as well as other outcome measures data to monitor performance, do internal and external reporting, and support decision-making processes
- Quality Assurance, Assessment, and Evaluation: Support the creation, deployment, and analysis of surveys, maximizing response rates while mitigating survey fatigue; and to support program evaluation, review
- Strategic Projects: Undertake relevant and complex projects with strategic benefit to the executive and the college
- Data and Survey Governance: Facilitate the revision and development of standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures of data and survey governance
